For business customers, MogaCode SARL-AU acts as a processor (within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR) of the personal data you process through MisterSignage, for which you are the controller.
Subject matter and duration
The processing covers the provision of the digital-signage service, for the duration of the subscription. Nature: hosting, display and playback statistics.
Categories of data and persons
Data you choose to display and technical identifiers of your screens; data subjects: your staff users and, where applicable, persons appearing in your content.
MogaCode's commitments
- Process data only on your documented instructions.
- Ensure confidentiality of persons authorised to process the data.
- Implement appropriate security measures (encryption in transit, account isolation, access control).
- Assist you in responding to data-subject requests and security obligations.
- Delete or return the data at the end of the contract.
- Notify any data breach without undue delay.
