1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of MisterSignage, an online digital-signage service published by MogaCode SARL-AU.
2. Plans and pricing
MisterSignage offers a free plan (1 screen, 1 slideshow) and subscriptions per screen per month, as well as short-term daily rental. Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are shown excluding taxes.
3. Order and payment
Subscriptions and rentals are invoiced by MogaCode. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the terms shown on the invoice. The paid service is activated upon receipt of payment.
4. Term and termination
Subscriptions are commitment-free, except where a discount is granted in exchange for a term commitment. You may cancel at any time; the service remains available until the end of the paid period. The free plan has no expiry date within its quota limits.
5. Availability
MogaCode undertakes to use reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of the service. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. The player keeps the last content in memory to keep playing offline.
6. User obligations
You are responsible for the content you broadcast and warrant that you hold the necessary rights. Illegal, misleading or infringing content is prohibited.
7. Intellectual property
The software, its code and the MisterSignage brand remain the exclusive property of MogaCode SARL-AU; the subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use. The content you upload remains your property.
8. Liability
MogaCode's liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, up to the amounts paid for the service over the last twelve months. MogaCode cannot be held liable for content published by the user.
9. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for business customers.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall, failing amicable resolution, fall under the competent courts of Essaouira.
