Data we process
- Account: name or company, email address, WhatsApp number, password (stored hashed).
- Service usage: screens, slideshows, templates and files you upload (photos, videos).
- Screen technical identifiers and connection logs (IP address, timestamp) for security purposes.
- Proof of play: aggregated playback statistics (what content played, when, on how many screens).
- Website audience measurement via Google Analytics (subject to your consent).
Purposes and legal bases
- Provide and administer the service — performance of the contract.
- Billing and support — performance of the contract / legal obligation.
- Security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
- Audience measurement and improvement — consent.
Recipients and sub-processors
We use providers that only use your data to deliver their service to us:
- Infomaniak (Switzerland) — hosting and email.
- Google — Analytics (audience measurement) and, if you connect it, Google Business Profile.
- Meta / WhatsApp — support and notifications.
- Pexels — royalty-free photo library (if you insert a photo).
- Banking Circle — payment processing.
We never sell your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Data is hosted in Switzerland (a country deemed adequate by the European Commission). MogaCode is based in Morocco; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Retention period
Account data is kept while the account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after termination (except where legally required, e.g. invoicing). Technical logs are kept for a limited time.
Cookies
We use a session cookie strictly necessary for logging into your account. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) is only enabled with your consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, object to and restrict processing. To exercise them: hello@mogacode.ma.
You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority: the CNIL (France), the APD (Belgium) or the CNDP (Morocco).
