Meeting rooms

Digital signage
for your meeting rooms.

A screen or tablet at each room's door shows live whether it is free or busy, with today's schedule — no overpriced proprietary panel. You enter the bookings in a built-in planner; the screen does the rest. Explore all our features.

Pourquoi

How it works

Ready in four steps

You create your rooms

Name, capacity, floor, colour, and the screen's look (background, logo, Wi-Fi). Once and for all.

You enter the schedule

A real calendar: bookings per room, plus one overview of every room across a single day.

You pair a screen

On a TV or tablet, open an address, enter the code, pick the room. It's linked.

The screen shows it live

Free or busy, the current meeting and the next ones, local time — updated on its own, continuously.

What the screen shows

Everything a visitor needs to see

Live free / busy

The status changes on its own by time of day: green when the room is free, red when it's taken, amber just before a meeting.

Built-in scheduling

The current meeting and the next ones, right on the screen. In the cockpit: a schedule per room and an overview of every room.

Understood without translation

Colour and icons carry the message: an international visitor gets it at a glance. Nothing to translate, nothing to maintain.

Wi-Fi connect QR

A QR code the visitor scans to join the Wi-Fi without typing the password — the number-one question in a meeting room.

In your colours

A banner with your logo, venue name, a background or photo, the room name large, floor and capacity. It's your screen.

Any screen

Smart TV, tablet, Android box, PC: no proprietary hardware to buy. A screen, a web address, and you're set.

Who it's for

Wherever rooms get booked

Hotels & conference centres

Meeting and conference rooms clearly signposted, in your colours, with the Wi-Fi shown. Your guests find and understand on their own.

Coworking & companies

No more double-booked meetings: each room shows its status, and the overview shows where there's still space.

Clinics, town halls, schools

Consulting rooms, bays, multi-purpose halls: a clear display of occupancy, with no training and no special hardware.

Frequently asked questions

What we're asked most

How do you display a meeting room's availability?

You pair a screen or tablet with the room, and it shows "free" (green) or "busy" (red) live from the schedule you enter. No install: the screen opens a web address and updates on its own.

Do you need a touchscreen or a special box?

No. A plain screen, a smart TV, a tablet or even an old PC will do — no proprietary box to buy. The display is a full-screen web page; a tablet by the room door works perfectly.

Can it sync with Outlook or Google Calendar?

Today you enter bookings directly in MisterSignage (a schedule per room and an overview of every room). Syncing with Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar is on our roadmap.

Is the display understandable in every language?

Yes. The status relies on colour (green / red) and icons, not on text to translate — an international visitor understands at a glance. Only your content (room name, meetings) is in your language.

How many rooms and screens can I manage?

As many as you want. Each room has its screen; an overview gathers every room into one planner, handy once you have 10, 20 or 30. You start with 1 free screen to try.

How do visitors connect to the Wi-Fi?

The screen can show a Wi-Fi QR code: the visitor scans it and their phone connects without typing the password. It's the number-one question in a meeting room — so answer it on the screen.
