For a trade show, an event or a pop-up, paying a monthly digital signage subscription makes no sense: the event lasts three days, not a month. So MisterSignage offers short-term rental from €1/screen/day: you rent playback for as long as you need, with no commitment. Let us be clear right away about what is rented, and what is not.
What is rented (and what is not)
We rent the digital signage service by the day: the software that drives your screen and content. We do not rent the physical screen or a projector. On site, you plug in a smart TV (often provided by the organiser or rented locally), open the player address, and our tool plays. It is honest and clear: hardware on your side, control on ours.
What is it for at an event?
- Schedule and talk times, updated live;
- Wayfinding: floor plan, booth numbers;
- Sponsors and exhibitors highlighted;
- Booth animation: product video, offers, demos;
- Last-minute announcements, pushed instantly.
Why short-term rental instead of a subscription?
Because you only pay the actual duration. A monthly subscription for a three-day show is wasted money. Daily rental (from €1/screen/day) fits events, and if usage becomes regular, you switch to a plan. That is the spirit of the pricing, detailed on the pricing page.
How is it set up?
In minutes: prepare your content, open the player address on the booth screen, enter the code, it plays. See how to set up digital signage in 3 steps, the use cases (including events), or the basics in digital signs explained.
