Estate agency window (Apimo)
Show an agency's listings in the window, synced live with its CRM: properties come up and update by themselves, sold ones drop off. Grid, detail + list, or full screen.
The Real estate app turns a screen into a living agency window, fed by your software. It is managed from the +App catalogue in your account. Full overview on the digital signage for estate agencies page.
Step by step
- Connect your CRM (+App → Real estate): enter your Apimo credentials (provider, token, agency), then “Test & connect”. The connection is read-only; your credentials stay on the server and are never exposed on screen.
- Choose which properties to show: category (sale, rental, seasonal), property type, one or several towns, a maximum price, a count, and the sort order (most recent, price, surface area).
- Choose the layout: grid (4, 6 or 8 properties per screen, rotating pages), detail + list (one property large with photos + the full list alongside), or one property full screen. Set the scrolling speed and the photo speed.
- Set the fields and branding: tick the information shown (price, surface area, rooms, bedrooms, reference, town, type), the single display currency (with your conversion rate if needed), the agency logo (pulled from Apimo), an accent colour and a background.
- Go live: add the app to a screen (or a slideshow), pair the window screen. Properties rotate non-stop and refresh by themselves.
Sold or let properties leave the window at the next refresh: a passer-by never stops in front of a property that is no longer available.
Which devices?
Any screen with a browser: smart TV, tablet, Android box, PC or a professional window display, landscape or portrait (totem). No proprietary LED poster frame to buy, no poster to print.
