Offline screen alert
A screen that drops means a black window. MisterSignage detects the outage and can ping you on WhatsApp so you react fast.
Each screen sends a regular heartbeat. When a screen stops responding (WiFi drop, screen off, box unplugged), it turns offline in your account, and you can be alerted.
How it works
Every screen's state is visible in real time: a green dot for “online”, grey for “offline” with the last-contact time. An offline screen keeps showing its last content through offline playback as long as it stays powered, it is a power cut or reboot that leaves a black screen.
React fast
The alert tells you which screen and since when. Often a call to the shop (“switch the back screen on”) is enough. Proof of broadcast only counts screens that are truly online, so an offline alert also explains why a campaign shows fewer plays than expected.
