Queue management — “now serving number X”
The customer takes a number via a QR, the employee calls the next one from their station, the screen shows the number being served per counter. Reception, town halls, medical, pharmacy, hospitality.
The Queue module runs number-calling end to end, with no special hardware:
- The customer scans a QR (printed at reception) and takes a number on their phone; they follow their turn live (“3 people ahead of you”).
- The agent calls the next one from their station: paste the station link (provided in the app) in their PC browser, enter their counter once (e.g. “3”), then pin the page to the taskbar — a big NEXT button (plus Recall and Skip). Nothing to install, no account.
- The calling screen shows the number being served per counter, with a chime and voice announcement on each call.
Service = the reason to visit (the citizen picks a service and takes a number). Counter = the agent station that calls numbers; several counters can serve the same service.
Setup
It all happens inside the app: on a screen (or in a slideshow), click + App → Queue. From there you create your services (e.g. “Driving licence”, “Weddings”, “Civil registry”), each with its own printable QR (citizen) and station link (dedicated agent). A multi-service station link covers everything: the agent pastes it on their PC, enters their counter once, and gets one NEXT button per service. Choose which services this screen shows and preview the result.
A single screen in the waiting room is enough: it shows each counter with the number it is currently serving (“Counter 1 → P12”). You can also use several screens, each filtered to the services you want.
Ideal for company reception, town halls, medical, pharmacy and hospitality.
