Lobby directory board
A lobby screen that aggregates your rooms (live free/busy status) and destinations with arrows (reception, restaurant, floors). Wayfinding that updates on its own.
The directory board replaces the fixed directional sign. It combines two things: your rooms (added automatically with their live free/busy status) and destinations you create (reception, restaurant, floor 2, parking…), each with an arrow. Step by step
- Add your destinations (Directory tab → New destination): a name, a floor/marker, and a direction (left, right, straight ahead, floor above/below, here).
- Your rooms add themselves: those managed in the Meeting rooms tab appear on the board with their live status. Nothing to re-enter.
- Set the look: the board reuses your room screens' theme (background, logo, venue name) — one setting, from the Rooms tab.
- Pair the lobby screen (Board screen button): open the player address on the large screen, enter the code, and it shows the directory. A board screen displays no room and no content.
Language-free: arrows give the direction, colour gives the room status. An international visitor finds their way without reading; only the names are in your language.
Which devices?
Any large screen with a browser (smart TV, PC, Android box), landscape, at the entrance or in the lobby. No touch kiosk or proprietary hardware to buy.
