Invite a colleague
- From your account, send an invitation link to the person.
- On first open, they create their password and reach the account.
- They see the screens, slideshows and library, and work alongside you.
Everyone keeps their own personal access: you can revoke it any time without changing anyone else's password.
Who does what
Team mode suits a shop run by several hands, a chain with a manager per store, an agency handling a client's screens. Content, screens and library are shared: a change made by one member is visible to all, in real time. To sell ad space on your screens, look at advertising sales instead, a separate role described on the next page.
