Meeting room screens

Turn a screen or tablet into a meeting room display: live free / busy, built-in scheduling, a branded banner and a Wi-Fi QR. No dedicated hardware.

A screen linked to a room shows live whether it is free (green) or busy (red), the current meeting and the next ones, from the schedule you enter. It is a full-screen web page: no install, no proprietary panel. The overview and the detail are managed from the Meeting rooms tab in your account. Full overview on the meeting room display page.

Step by step

  1. Create the room (Meeting rooms tab → New room): name, capacity, floor/location, colour.
  2. Set the screens' look (Appearance button): background or photo, logo, venue name, and the Wi-Fi (network + password) — a connect QR is generated automatically.
  3. Enter the schedule: bookings per room (weekly calendar), or the overview of every room across one day — handy once you have 10, 20 or 30 rooms.
  4. Pair a screen (the room's Screens button): open the player address on the TV or tablet, enter the code, pick the room. It's linked.
The screen is understandable without translation: the status relies on colour and icons. Only your content (room name, meetings) is in your language, so there is nothing to translate for an international audience.

Which devices?

Any screen with a browser: smart TV, tablet (great by the room door), Android box, PC. No touchscreen required, no proprietary box to buy. The time shown is the venue's local time, whatever the device's own timezone.

Outlook / Google Calendar

Today, bookings are entered in MisterSignage. Syncing with Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar (automatic schedule import) is on our roadmap.
